Peaceful Assembly Act means that we can protest against the genocide in Gaza
Thanks to Attorneys-General, Dean Wells and later, Matt Foley these assemblies shown in the video by Green Left Weekly were carried on in the streets of Magandjin without interference by police or local government authorities. Neither governments nor their Zionists pals have grasped what the Peaceful Assembly Act 1992 means. It is one thing that the Labor Party in government got right. Labor and LNP now both come out with dribble and lies about the resistance of the Palestinian people.
Unlike Police in the south, authorities can’t move on Justice for Palestine rallies and marches. Nor can magistrates limit the number of people in a protest to stop the genocide.
