Israel’s persecution of Palestinian doctors in Northern Gaza is only made possible by the brutal occupation and ethnic cleansing being carried on with the support of the United States and many of the NATO countries from Europe.
Head of one of northern Gaza’s last partially functioning hospitals has been arrested by the IDF as the Israeli military raids his hospital and forces out dozens of doctors and patients by setting it alight.
Hussam Abu Safia, 51, was arrested by Israeli forces during their raid on Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya on Friday. There are reports that the doctor has been taken to the Israeli torturing centre in the Negev desert along with others from the hospital.

There is no doubt that Israel is committing war crimes, their determination to remove all Palestinians from northern Gaza with a desire to push all Palestinians from their lands is clear. We in Australia must do more to push our government to take stronger action beyond the small steps taken recently.
