This week Paradigm are doing the court rounds – checking in with legal cases around the country.
We start with Ben Pennings and the SLAPP suit brought on him by Adani, then hear from Laurel Henning about the case against gas giant Santos for greewashing. Then we finish off with Uncle Robbie Thorpe, who this week tried to prosecute dual Australian citizen and former Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Mark Regev with genocide.
