This podcast is about the peace and and refugee rally that was held in Brisbane King George Square on the 2nd of April 2023. It featured a rally of about 200 people followed by a march that was enthusiastically led by Tamils from Sri Lanka.

The rally (and march) was chaired by Dean of St. Johns Cathedral, Rev Peter Catt. Speakers were former Senator Andrew Bartlett, Sai Vashini Jayakumar – Tamil refugee, Brisbane Combined Unions Choir, Peter Ong Secretary of the Qld/NT branch of the ETU, former Senator Claire Moore President of the UNAA Qld and Mengistu Hailu Romero Centre, and Mark Gillespie Convenor Refugee Action Collective Brisbane.
