    The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of #Venezuela and Venezuelan Ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), Samuel Moncada, addresses a meeting of the OAS Permanent Council analyzing the situation in Venezuela.

    Moncada defends his country and demands the end of the blockade and the sanctions promoted by the United States and the so-called Lima Group.
