Israel’s deadliest enemies – aid organisations

Israeli officials have accused 37 international aid organisations of indirectly channelling resources that may support the terrorist activities of Hamas. Israel has applied strict regulations requiring aid groups to provide detailed personal information about all staff, including Palestinian employees. Aid workers like Zomi Frankcom were murdered by the IDF in a strike on a World Central Kitchen convoy bringing aid to people in Gaza. Details of Zomi’s whereabouts had been provided to the IDF by WCK.

It is an either/or situation.

EITHER / International aid organizations like  Oxfam, Save the Children, World Vision, and many United Nations agencies such as UNICEF, UNRWA, and WHO are Israel’s most cunning, cruel and dangerous enemies. They are accused of aiding and abetting Hamas.

OR  / These NGOs are victims of cynical propaganda that is designed to stop them from providing humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

As of January 1, 2026, Israel suspended 37 international humanitarian organizations from operating in Gaza. This includes major groups like Doctors without borders, Action Against Hunger, CARE, Oxfam, Save the Children, World Vision, and many United Nations agencies such as UNICEF, UNRWA, and WHO. These organizations have been key in providing essential aid, and the suspension is part of the Israeli strategy of genocide.

Israel does have form.

Ten years ago, Israel’s notorious spy organisation Shin Beit arrested Mohammad El‑Halabi who was the Gaza director of World Vision International. World Vision was a major humanitarian NGO, responsible for delivering aid to thousands of children and families in Gaza.

The trial of inmate El-Halabi ended in torture and a 12-year prison sentence. Till his conviction, Muhammad El-Halabi was one of Israel’s greatest and most dangerous enemies ever as the indictment against him indicated. Local and international media lapped it up. So clever was El-Halabi that he fooled independent forensic audits commissioned by World Vision and the Australian government, who found there was no evidence that funds were diverted to any armed group in Palestineor anywhere else.

Some of the best well-meaning human rights lawyers defended Muhammad El-Halabi, to no avail.

After nearly nine years in Israeli detention, El‑Halabi was released in February 2025. His release came as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas in February 2025. His freedom was only made possible by Hamas capturing military and civilian targets on the 7th of October 2023. His release came as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas, which involved multiple detainees.

Now we have this.
