Jeremy Corbyn was expelled from the Labour Party in Britain for his support for the Palestinian people. The Labour Party of 2023 has returned to the politics of Blair and his government’s lies about Iraq. Keir Starmer is lying about Palestine. Israel is driving the entire population (2 million people) of Gaza out of Palestine. It is outrageous that he would say: “Israel had “the right” to withhold water and power from Palestinians (in Gaza)“, on the final day of party conference last week.’
Reports suggest that people in British Labour Party who have shown any sympathy for Palestine in the past are being expelled by Zionists like Starmer who run the party. Others are resigning in disgust.
Zionists have always been very strong in the Australian Labor Party as well. But there has been a section of the parliamentary Labor Party (Bob Carr, Graham Perret, Anne Azza Aly, Fatima Payman, Claire Moore, Ed Husic, Peter Russo (in the Qld parliament) and others) that have supported Palestine. It is important that these people continue to place as much pressure on Penny Wong and Anthony Albanese as possible to recognise the human rights of Palestinians.

What the world is witnessing on their screens is the expulsion of the Palestinian people by a colonial settlers state. Their aim is to make Israel like Australia, where the Palestinians represent only about 2% or 3% of the population. The leaders of both Labour parties have made out that Hamas is a mighty powerful military force, it is not. The only powerful force nearby in support of the Palestinians is the Lebanese Hezbollah, yet they are reluctant to act because they are afraid that there the Israelis will destroy Lebanese infrastructure meaning: airports, bridges, roads, hospitals as they have done before during the ‘July War‘ in 2006. Israel has already bombed airports in Syria to prevent logistical support getting to forces in solidarity with Palestine. But the Israelis are also concerned about bombing Lebanese infrastructure because they know that has Hezbollah can destroy an oil well worth millions of dollars off the coast of Lebanon with their missiles.
A war on the southern front by Hezbollah would be disastrous for the Lebanese people, already suffering from economic chaos. As Israel tries to drive the population of Gaza into the Sinai, the Egyptian government does not wish to have 2 million people in its territory. Egypt wants Israel to accept the civilian population of Gaza. It will not do this because it is trying to ethnically cleanse the Palestinians from their homeland.
