Our power resides in collective action on the street and in our communities. Let’s unite to build tenant power and struggle for:
– No more turning long-term rentals into short-term, AirBnB accommodation.
– Turning current short-term rentals into long-term homes.
– Housing for people, not for profit: Prioritise the tenant’s right to a home over the landlord’s right to profit
Everyone has the right to a safe, secure and affordable home. We all deserve a system that puts our right to a home before the profits of landlords and real estate agents. But being deserving isn’t enough. To make this a reality, we have to fight for it.
Our conditions are only going to improve because we’ve fought for them. And fighting is exactly what we intend to do!
