Covid 19 sufferers – "Stop, Do Not Enter!"

Sign at Bennett’s Road Medical Centre Norman Park 19 Mar 2020

The receptionist at this medical centre says that everyone ‘is ringing in and wishes to be tested’.

If you ring the number they will tell you that you can’t be tested unless you have tavelled from OS or been in contact with someone who has – which means nearly everyone in a city.

A person I know rang five different medical numbers; she is at risk, over 71, has a heart condition and cancer, and has been in contact with people who have recently come from Europe.

Medical authorities are saying that Europe is now the epicentre of the pandemic and yet she still could not get tested!

The Chief Government Medical Officer says under the department’s definition of a ‘close contact’ is if you have been in contact with an infected person within the last 24 hours you must be quarantined and tested. From this he deduced that “No one at the cabinet meeting (with Peter Dutton who has the disease) is at risk of contracting the virus.”

Sheer nonsense, of course they are at risk. Debbie Kilroy and Boneta-Marie Mabo who were on the same plane as Dutton are infected with the disease.

Our leaders are telling us that we are in the middle of a medical and economic crisis and yet all they worry about is the bottom line for those with wealth.

The governor of California will not allow the crew of a cruise ship to come ashore for quarantine and treatment. They are on their own.

Perhaps during this crisis workers should act as if that is the case. We need to combat the disease and the system that has made its spread possible.

The other night I saw Bernie Sanders wipe the floor with Joe Biden in a debate for Democratic party nomination for President of the United States. Yet Biden is still the front runner for nomination and smashed Bernie Sanders in Florida and Illinois in Tuesday’s primaries!

It is the democratic party that is the problem. Biden voted against integration (that is busing African American kids to school in the 1960s), Biden supported the Kennedy’s who wanted to go to war with the USSR over Cuba, who took the US to Indo-China and killed millions of Vietnamese.

President Lyndon Johnson meets civil rights leader, Martin Luther King

Biden voted to go to war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Sanders voted against those crimes against humanity, yet he still can’t get the democratic party nomination. Sanders wants to attack the fossil fuel companies, Biden has voted to accommodate them and so on.

We need to self-isolate from the capitalists over the coming months, to keep strong for the crisis ahead. Especially if either Trump or Biden win the Presidential race.

In Australia, the ALP has sold out the workers on climate change, it should be providing alternative jobs in building infrastructure rather than digging up coal. Yet in Queensland that is what the Labor party is advocating.

You can’t trust the LNP, you can’t trust Labor.

Workers Unite!

As I said in Posit 4 of MY post above in May 18, 2020 at 1:45 am

    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/07/30/politics/trump-delay-election-no-authority/index.html

Trump WILL POSTPONE .It is 100%.dindooohindoo

I had stated in the 1st 3 lines of the posit

“Trump postpones the US Polls,as people cannot stand in queues, and no electioneering,is possible – and he has the cure – and by September, the pensioners are dead – death rate and infections rates drops ….. who is the gainer ?”

I expect sky rocketing death rates and daily cases !

I expect a Bio Terror hit on US Soil in the last 2 months of this calendar.Only Bio Terror – all else is obsolete

I expect a disaster in the South China Sea – INVOLVING the the PLN and the US Navy in the next 3 months

And a disaster in West Asia – Saudia/Persia/Yenen/Syria and Israel in the next 3 months

All these will hit US assets and all will be false flags.

It is as certain and inevitable , as the Sun Set. (not the Sun rise)

    I love America

Y is the USA and UK not bothered, about the COVID deaths ?

Could it be that they want it ? Who are the dead ? The dead are the pensioners, and the persons, who are fatally sick.dindooohindoo

    Posit No.1

Assuming that these persons, had a residual life of 15 years, and we can assume that,by August,2020,there will be around 600000 dead in the West.

The pension to a pensioner would not be less than 12,000 USD per annum, on an average,at the minimum. In addition, the medical
and other social costs,on an aged pensioner, would be not less than another 8,000 USD per annum.

If they die, then on 6,00,000 people,if the West saves 20,000 USD per annum, you net USD 12 Trillion,PER ANNUM

One could argue that the US Fed just printed, the USD 12 Trillion – but now it need not.The Youth in the west, had to work at high rates of tax and deductions – to finance the aged pension and health care benefits – which ultimately, led to outsourcing.

The scam would be shocking,if the dead, had no insurance ! That would be telling ! If 6,00,000 are dead, with insurance and an average insurance claim,of USD 1,00,000 – then you have a bomb – to wipe out the insurers.

    Posit No.2

Large number of services and industries,in the west, will die out. That will release labour and reprice resources and rents – to drastically lower costs – and that will make,”Make in USA”,viable

How will the state finance the loss of tax revenue and GDP.Ultimately, the state will have to demonetise the deposits, in banks, of the westerners.Simple ! The USA will not be able to demonetise the PRC holdings of US T-bills – not even if the PRC sinks a US aircraft carrier in the South China Sea.

    Posit No.3

All the nations who borrowed loans from PRC – will now force the PRC to do debt write offs. That will be a huge loss to the PRC,after the manufacturing shift from PRC to West.If 200 million people are unemployed in PRC – then you have Tiananmen – Part 2.

Of Course, the PRC could also force the IMF and the WB,to waive loans – but the harm to the PRC,will be done 1st.

    Posit No.4

Trump postpones the US Polls,as people cannot stand in queues and no electioneering is possible – and he has the cure – and by
September, the pensioners are dead – death rate and infections rates drops ….. who is the gainer ? If Trump is winning – Putin will stay calm – else,he might attack Eastern EU.If Trump is winning – then it will be the last chance for PRC to annex Taiwan and Vietnam – and make Trump lose face. But the odds of PRC action is medium.

    Posit No.5

With massive unemployment in the West – the migrants will exit.Asians were made to clean toilets – that is their worth. They will exit. That will solve the migrants problem, rents and property rates will fall, labour will reprice, and the Westerners, will have to,start to work

The West has to take a BIG PICTURE view.South East Asia and South Asia,is over populated, and there is no humanity there. There
is no sentience,in the “so called humans”.They are robots – and 80% of them, have to die.Their time is over – they are obsolete, a dead weight, and a burden on earth. This will de-price the resources sector, lower demand, and solve the environment problem, forever.

Africans have been exploited, for at least ,2000 years – and they deserve, many more chances.

    There are 3 simple steps

Are the “so-called humans” – having a sentience – depending on their “individual and collective actions”
    If not,then they are “robots”
It is time to “terminate the robots”

The Chaiwala Tea Seller PMN of India has found the solution to COVID.The man was born to doom Hindoosthan and the Hindoos and the world. dindooohindoo

His solution is to switch off the lights for 9 minutes at 9 pm and light candles, torches and cell phone lights – the sign of impending and inevitable doom.

    https://www.business-standard.com/article/current-affairs/coronavirus-on-pm-modi-s-exhortation-india-to-light-lamps-at-9-pm-today-120040500319_1.html

His aim is to plunge the Indians into the darkness of the shit hole – in which they are already resident. The Darkness of death in a morgue
    or a grave.

The Indian PM’s mother was and is a dishwasher.

I week earlier he asked Indians to beat utensils in public on the roads

    https://theprint.in/india/after-bartan-bajao-pm-modi-asks-indians-to-light-lamps-candles-as-symbols-of-hope/394181/

Another Indian Genius is using Cow Piss on a large scale

    https://www.deccanherald.com/national/national-politics/cow-urine-for-covid-19-becomes-bone-of-contention-in-west-bengal-bjp-815839.html

When Babar was at the doors of Hindoosthan – Hindoos were praying to Shiva and sacrifcing goats, bulls and temple prostitutes.Rest is History

I really worry about the US and EU health systems and the Indians working in it

1300 years ago, a man called Beruni made a prophetcic statement on the worth of the Indian race

The words of Beruni are prophetic,in this regard.

    – The Hindus believe that there is no country but theirs, no nation like theirs, no kings like theirs, no religion like theirs, no science like theirs.
    – They are haughty, foolishly vain, self-conceited, and stolid.
    – They are by nature niggardly in communicating that which they know, and they take the greatest possible care to withhold it from men of another caste among their own people, still much more, of course, from any foreigner

Chaiwala (The Indian PM) though he was special, along with his countrymen -aka, from the Lost Tribe of Israel. Those fantas-ical land – statistical contortions by the Indians, that the numbers were doubling at the lowest rate in Hindoo-land – lapped up by the lackeys in the Hindoo Media – made them feel mighty special – just like the sons of Rama. This is what happens Hindoos study Statistics and Maths.dindooohindoo

The Chaiwala had a simple formula. He did not do any testing at all.He waited for people to come to test, and then die.At least 30000 people die in India every day and Indians, like tardigrades, are infested with so many diseases – that no one takes a cold/cough seriously – until it is time to die – a euphemism for visiting the Indian doctor. The Chaiwala’s dream punch line would have been – that his dubious curfew ,which was unplanned, and w/o any application of mind – worked.

  4. WORKPLACE ACTION

COVID – 19 is a health and safety risk. Employers have obligations to ensure the health and safety of workers and others. They must have a plan on what will be done to protect and support workers and health and safety representatives (HSRs) must be consulted on this plan.

We know that the best way to protect workers and the public is to make sure that employers:

Identify those who are potentially infected early and support them to isolate whilst waiting for test results
Minimise the potential of spread, isolate and support those who are at higher risk for COVID -19.
For example, close contact of someone with COVID-19 or have returned from travel in certain locations
Quarantine and support those who are infected early until they are healthy and no longer contagious (for at least 14 days).

    WHY IS SUPPORT IMPORTANT?

It is essential that workers are supported to take the measures necessary to help control the spread of the virus. Workers who are not supported to isolate are at great risk of not identifying themselves. All workers need access to paid special leave and be supported to identify potential exposure and isolate at home. Casual workers, and others without access to leave, are more likely to attend work whilst sick for fear of a loss of income or future shifts.

Unions are calling for 2 weeks paid special leave to be granted to any worker impacted by COVID-19 that is required to isolate or is unable to work.

Work, Health and Safety Laws are clear [WHS Act s47-49, Victoria OHS Act s35-36, WA OHS Act s35] employers must consult with HSRs and workers.

A workplace plan for dealing with COVID-19 must include the following:

the information, training and support and local measures for infection control including:

    o appropriate hygiene,

o social distancing and isolation, and

o work from home arrangement where practicable

how to report any concerns in a way that encourages workers reporting and ensures they are not discriminated against or suffer any adverse consequences. Supporting workers to take the necessary precautions is essential. Misinformation or the poor or adverse treatment of workers identifying exposure will increase the risk of spread arrangements for those required to be away from work, as a result of infection control measures.

o paid special leave for confirmed cases,

o paid special leave for self-isolation as a result of contact with confirmed cases, or whilst awaiting test results

o paid special leave for self-isolation if returning from travel to certain locations

what to do if there a suspected case or person with COVID 19 has been at the workplace. In some circumstances this will require relocating workers from impacted area until a deep clean is undertaken the contingency plans for leave, reallocation and re-organisation of work, if health authorities shut down schools, public events, work sites to ensure workers can meet requirements to care for children or other dependent family members.

There are sectors where the Plan will need to have more precise arrangements; for example

Health and community sector and cleaners – All of these workplaces must practice universal infection control measures. All workers should have been trained and have access to the appropriate protective equipment and appropriate free testing.

Public facing workers – Workers dealing with public, who are at increased risk of exposure and will be likely to be very anxious, must be provided with a working environment free from harassment and bullying and must be supported at their workplace to minimise the effects of heightened anxiety and aggression from clients and customers. Employers are required to ensure health, including psychological health, and further steps may be required to ensure that psycho-social hazards are identified and controlled appropriately.

Consultation under the law is not just talking – it is having workers and HSRs views considered before a decision is made.

Information –to all workers and everyone who is in the workplace,

Provide information and training – clear, concise health information needs to be easily available, in many forms and languages e.g. posters, leaflets, emails, small video clips [see resources list]

Work must make it easy for everyone to practice good hygiene –

easy access to water and soap
easy access to hand sanitisers (60% alcohol)
easy access to rubbish disposal for tissues, disposable hand towels [hand dryers are not recommended]
household disinfectant for hard surfaces especially where members public are involved.

What to do if a “suspected or confirmed case” has been in the workplace. Contact with a confirmed or suspected case may require people to go into self-isolation and to seek medical assistance. However, casual contact, where there has been less than 15 minutes face to face contact or less than 2 hours in a shared closed space with the symptomatic person, will only require them to monitor their health.

Information on what to do if people are feeling unwell

Employers have a duty to monitor conditions at work, this includes making sure people know how to report and what to do if they are feeling unwell.

First Aiders and First Aid Kits

First Aiders are likely to be asked for General health information and should ensure they are practicing infection control measures when giving first aid.

    Contingency plans

Preparedness and making information available to everyone improves infection control, decreases stress and anxiety and helps everyone make plans. This will be exceptionally important if health authorities shut down schools, public events, work sites etc.

    Influenza vaccines

The risk of COVID –19 will start to coincide with the flu season. There is no vaccine for COVID -19 but there is one for Influenza. Employers need to be making arrangements to provide the flu vaccine free of charge – it is likely to become available during April 2020.

    Workers and HSRs have rights

If your employer does not do all of the above, then workers HSRs need to consider exercising their rights to:

Get information from the employer and health authorities [WHS Act s68]
Request review of control measures {WHS Regs 38]
Get outside assistance such as contacting your union [WHS Act s68]
HSRs may consider issue a Provisional Improvement Notice (PIN) about lack of consultation or effective measures to control COVID-19 in their workplace [WHS Act s90]
    Cease work [WHS Act s85]
