The ALRC has released its Discussion Paper which contains a number of proposals for reform and also some questions where the ALRC is seeking further guidance from stakeholders.
Chapter 13 discusses Income Management and proposes significant reform for IM. Given the length of the document, the ALRC has also produced a Summary Discussion Paper which provides an overview of the full Discussion Paper including proposals and questions.
