Hi all,
A reminder that this week’s Justice for Palestine meeting will be tomorrow (Wednesday) 26 march 2009, 6pm at the TLC Building (2nd floor), 16 Peel St, South Brisbane.
The meeting will start with a screening of John Pilger’s documentary “Palestine is Still the Issue”. The planning meeting will include final preparations for the public meeting with International Solidarity Movement activist, Rachel Johnson and also plans for the protest to mark Al Nakba (May 15).
Also, there will be a working bee this Saturday, 2pm at 8 Gillingham St, Woolloongabba to prepare for the protest outside the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce business lunch. We’ll have all the materials for painting a banner and some signs to hold up, but please bring along anything else that might help to make the protest more lively and colourful.
