ii) Not Our Law Campaign

Fighting Antisemitism and Keeping Guns Out of the Hands of Terrorists and Criminals Amendment Act 2026 is an attack on the democratic rights of all Queenslanders.

Queensland unions are continuing to support the campaign for free speech and to campaign for the repeal of the recent legislation that has criminalised aspects of political debate in Queensland.

Justice for Palestine, Magandjin/Brisbane are opposing the new laws and one aspect of the campaign is to create a coalition of organisations that oppose the LNP’s clampdown on freedom of speech and the disproportionate targeting of pro-Palestinian voices.
