Twilight Walk — Anniversary of The National Apology 2008

Meeting at St James College 201 Boundary St, Brisbane

On February 13th 2009, to celebrate the Anniversary of The National Apology 2008 the people of Queensland’s Indigenous and non Indigenous communities are invited to participate in a walk from Boundary Street in Spring Hill to Boundary Street West End. The walk will take place to symbolise the fact that Aboriginal Australians were not able to walk through the Brisbane CBD after dusk.

This is an important day for all Australians and we look forward to meeting and walking with you on February 20th,2009.
