Bert Nord, a long time leftie in Brisbane; an activist in the Transport Workers Union, former member of the CPA and an enthusiastic member of the Bushwackers, as well as real great bloke, died on Tuesday 7th. October. Bert and Norma Nord were well known in West End.
Norma will host a wake for Bert at the home of Bert’s brother, Eric Nord. All are welcome to join in this commemorative celebration.
