J’accuse! The public trial of Isaac Herzog

President Herzog was brought before the Supreme Court in Brisbane Magan-djin and prosecuted for inciting war crimes . People came  prepared to hear the confronting witness statement of Hind Rajab. The hearing lasted 12 minutes.

Announcer/court bailiff: This is the Public Trial of Isaac Herzog, President of Israel, before the Kangaroo Court of Australia, Mr Justice Sidoti, presiding. This is a street theatre and unfortunately a work of fiction. It is not real.

Under the current political and legal system, there is no arrest or trial of the President of Israel in domestic or international law. Therefore all of the characters in this play are fictional except for Isaac Herzog whose crimes are detailed here.

The witness, in this case, bears the name Hind Rajab. Sadly, there is no such person. Her life was cut short by the IDF before she could grow up and become the woman who gives evidence here today. This play is dedicated to her memory, the child who was Hind Rajab, and over 20,000 Palestinian children who were murdered by Israel over the past two years.

This play is being performed at the Supreme Court, 415 George Street, Brisbane on Tuesday 10 February 2026. The location is intentional because it is a telling reminder that not one judge in Australia legal system has called for the arrest and trial of the President of Israel. We use the name of Chris Sidoti, the only legal figure of prominence who has called for the arrest of the President of Israel. Let the play begin.

The defendant Herzog is brought before the court.

Judge: The defendant will stand. Are you Isaac Herzog, the President of Israel?

Herzog: Yes, your honour.

Judge: Mr Herzog, you are chargedwith 5 countsunder the War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity Act of 2000.

Count 1. You are charged with being an accessory to genocide for killing Palestinian people indiscriminately, and creating conditions of life that make it impossible for the remaining population to survive.

How do you plead?

Herzog: Not Guilty.

Judge: Count 2.You are charged withgenocide for advocating starving an entire civilian population, creating a man-made famine that left at least 95,000 children malnourished.

How do you plead?

Herzog: Not Guilty.

Judge:  Count 3.As head of the state of Israel, you are charged withgenocide for inciting the Israeli Occupation forces for blocking food, water, baby formula, medical supplies, winter supplies to a starving, freezing civilian population.

How do you plead?

Herzog: Not Guilty.

Judge:  Count 4. You are charged with genocide for complicity in destroying infrastructure, bombing every school, university and hospital.

How do you plead?

Herzog: Not Guilty.

Judge:  Count 5. You are charged with war crimes, with apartheid, with deliberate ruin of children’s lives. How do you plead?

Herzog: I do not recognise this court.

Judge: I’ll take that as a not guilty. Madame prosecutor?

Prosecutor: If it pleases the court, Your honour, the prosecution will show that the accused was arrested by Federal Police at Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney on the evening of Sunday 8 February 2026. He was taken from an Israeli air force plane “Wings of Zion“, detained and brought before the court this morning. Investigations by federal police uncovered that the accused was invited to Australia by the Albanese government under the pretext of pastoral care for the people whose relatives and friends who were shot dead by two gunmen, believed to be under the influence of a terrorist group known as ISIS, at Bondi on Sunday 14 December 2025. If the purpose of Herzog’s visit was truly pastoral, then the choice makes no sense. The visitor is not a rabbi. Not a spiritual leader. Not an interfaith presence. Not a community counsellor. He is an Israeli president. A political figure. The constitutional face of a foreign state. Politics, not pastoral care. Power, not solace.

Judge: The Australian government is not on trial here Madame Prosecutor. Please get on with your case on Counts 1 to 5 under the War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity Act of 2000.

Prosecutor: I wish to call the witness for the prosecution to prove that President Herzog is guilty of incitement to commit war crimes. I call Hind Rajab.

(Witness takes the stand)

Please state your name and date and place of birth?

Witness: My name is Hind Rajab I was born in Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza on the anniversary of al Nakba on 15 May 2000.

Prosecutor: Please outline the war crimes that you have witnessed.

Hind Rajab: I am the sole survivour of my family bloodline. I have personally witnessed the demise of my people at the hands of Israeli occupation forces. My house was bombed, our tent was burnt and we were sniped at as we lined up for food. What we witnessed is something no human being should have endured. But we did, for more than two years, and 75 years before that.

Prosecutor: Please tell the court about the massacres you have witnessed.

Hind Rajab: I cannot recount the number of massacres committed against my people, or the name of families that were wiped off the civil registry. I have lost count of the number of times we were displaced as I buried one child, one relative after the other, until there was no one left to bury.

Prosecutor: Pleasetell the court about where these massacres occurred and how many people were killed.

Hind Rajab: I say this for the children who watched and smelled death. For those who buried their parents. They went hungry. Children observed terror as a daily fact. Israel committed these crimes day and night for 850 days beginning on 7 October 2023 and many years before that.

History is watching, so I have come here to name some of the crimes:

Al-Ahli hospital massacre – 471 killed

Jabalia camp massacre – 120 people killed

Shadia Abu Ghazaleh school massacre – 15 people killed point-blank by Israeli soldiers

Rafah massacre – over 100 killed

Flour massacre – over 112 Palestinians waiting for flour, killed

Tal el-Sultan massacre – over 40 Palestinians killed, some burnt alive in their tents in Rafah

Al-Mawasi refugee camps – 21 Palestinians killed

Nuseirat refugee camp massacre – 274 Palestinians killed

Alwada school massacre – 31 Palestinians killed

Prosecutor: Thank you, witness. Can you please tell the court the remarks that you saw on your phone that President Herzog made on 13 October 2023?

Hind Rajab: Yes. On 13 October 2023 I as a Palestinian woman saw the President of Israel online say: “It’s an entire nation out there that is responsible. This rhetoric about civilians not aware, not involved—it’s not true. They could’ve risen up, fought against that evil regime”. Herzog is referring to my people, the Palestinians.

Prosecutor: Thank you witness. Your honour the case for the prosecution is that the Head of State of Israel is guilty of inciting the war crimes that occurred over the following 850 days and that are still occurring.

Judge: Now Mr Herzog. I see that you are here unrepresented today.

Herzog: I do not recognise this court. It is a kangaroo court!

Judge: Order, I will cite you for contempt if you malign this court. Do you wish to give evidence?

Herzog:  I will give evidence.

Judge: (sworn in) State your name, occupation and where and when you were born.

Herzog: My name is Isaac Herzog, I am the President of Israel and I was born in Tel Aviv on 22 September 1960.

Judge: What do you say to the charge of incitement to commit war crimes in Gaza?

Herzog: I came to Australia on a ceremonial visit as head of state of Israel. I have no political role. I am here to provide solace to the Jewish community. That is all.

Judge: Do you agree that you said about the Palestinian people on the 13 October 2023 ““It’s an entire nation out there that is responsible” and that you subsequently signed bombs that were used to kill Palestinians.

Herzog: The Palestinian people were responsible for 7 October 2023. The worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust.

Judge: Madame Prosecutor, do you have any cross examination?

Prosecutor: No, Your Honour.

Judge: I call on the jury for their verdict.

Jury: (chant together) Shame, Shame, Isaac Herzog you can’t hide you’re committing genocide! From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!(repeat)

Judge: You stand convicted of genocide, having been tried before an Australian court and I sentence you to life imprisonment.

The protest is timed to coincide with the Israeli president’s arrival in Australia, and is part of a nationally coordinated protest campaign to oppose Herzog’s visit.

Many human rights and legal organisations, including Amnesty International and the Australian Centre for International Justice have called for Herzog to be investigated for war crimes and incitement to genocide. Herzog is one of the central figures accused by South Africa of complicity in genocide, in a case which is currently before the International Court of Justice

“On the 9th of February Herzog’s arrival will be met with mass protests all around Australia. We want to send a strong message that alleged war criminals are not welcome here” says Remah Naji, spokesperson for Justice For Palestine.

“Isaac Herzog is head of a state that has killed well over 70 thousand people in Gaza. If our Prime Minister were serious about social cohesion and healing, he would not welcome a man who has incited hate and genocide against an entire civilian population” says Remah Naji, spokesperson for Justice For Palestine. “He must be arrested and charged with incitement to genocide if he enters Australia
