On Cuba’s National Rebellion Day, come and celebrate the achievements of our ‘From Australia to Cuba with Love‘ campaign where, for the third year in a row, participants from around Australia and in Cuba collectively travelled the distance between our two countries, raising money for ‘AgroVivo’, an urban sustainable agricultural project in Playa Giron.

More than 40 Years of Solidarity with Cuba

The 40th Southern Cross Brigade (2025), will be held from the 4th until 22nd of January 2025 (inclusive). You can expect a cost of around $2,500AUD (excluding flights) for all Brigade accommodation, basic food and internal travel expenses.
The Southern Cross Brigade offers Australian and New Zealand friends of Cuba the opportunity to learn more about the island nation’s unique, yet often misunderstood, political history and to participate in Cuba’s rich cultural heritage. There is no better time to join the brigade and to find out what life is like in socialist Cuba!
