Improved viewing and searching on WBT

Workers Bush Telegraph is a magazine style website that is dedicated to worker control of production. We publish a wide range of information e.g. articles, books, films etc for activists on the Left.

WBT has been going since the early 90s in the workplace and since July 2006 on the web in response to a range of issues including Israel’s bombing of Lebanon .

Search function
We have recently made improvements to search this site. On iPads or Android devices, it is best viewed in landscape mode. This enables you to see all three columns with the central column containing articles and right columns containing menus, reader comments, podcasts and links to important sites.

Display
In viewing WBT, you can get the iPad, tablets and mobile devices to mimic what you see on your desktop or laptop computer i.e by long pressing (3 secs) the circular arrow to the right of you url toolbar on the iPad.

How do I put iPad into landscape mode?
Rotate to the vertical position to change the screen to portrait mode or rotate to the horizontal position to change the screen to landscape mode. You can lock or unlock the orientation in your iPad’s iOS control center panel by swiping up from the bottom edge of the iPad and tapping the orientation lock icon.
