Trev, the weatherman, reporting …

Trev’s Forecast for next 7 Days: 13th – 20th April

The previous 3 months in total have been wetter than average, pretty much in line with La Nina Bureau of Meteorology forecasts. Now it’s looking dryer, and a great week to get out and about in nature. Fine mild weather is forecast for the next 7 days with minimum temperatures around 14 to 19C and maximums 25 to 30C, very little chance of rain and light winds. This is because large highs are moving slowly across the south of the continent and bringing more stable conditions. It’s a return to more typical autumn conditions although still showing the underlying global warming influence of higher temperatures, as maximums of 30C in April for Brisbane were rare in the long term historical record.

So on your bikes or put on your walking shoes and get out there – great time to visit some water falls or the beach.
