Foe v Xstrata Info Night – Thursday 4 August
Come along to the Abel Smith Lecture Theatre at UQ this Thursday at 6pm for an update on our case against Xstrata and their mega coal mine.
UQ Climate for Change will be hosting the event and the night will cover how the case is setting a legal precedent, the scientific basis for rejecting the mine and the future directions of the campaign.

The Darling Downs’ town of Acland is poised to become the latest casualty of big coal with the Government preferring a coal mine over a community. On census night we plan on telling them that the people prefer a community! Will you join us?
