  1. The population of the Gaza Strip had been greatly augmented by an influx of Palestinian refugees who fled from Israel before and during the fighting. Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip or Egypt were issued All-Palestine passports. Egypt did not offer the Palestinians citizenship. From the end of 1949, they received aid from UNRWA. The government was accused of being little more than a façade for Egyptian control, with negligible independent funding or influence. It subsequently moved to Cairo and was dissolved in 1959, by decree of Gamal Abdul Nasser, President of Egypt.

  2. Congrats. You people have discovered the Elixir of Happiness. You can have your anti-racist cake, and eat your anti-semitism too. Simple. You call all Jews who don’t agree with your mishmash of self-righteous ignorance “Zionists” and then you can vent all your hatred on the usual suspects. Pathetic. Yes, I know you have a few willing Jewish human shields going along your nonsense. It’s a fact of life that there’s always a few strays at the low end of the normal distribution curve. What is sadder is that you don’t even realise that most Palestinians in Australia consider your actions a nuisance.

  3. I’m seriously considering heading down to visit Max Brenner. I’ve never been before, and it looks expensive but it might be interesting to try their chocolate while watching the animals outside protest. Isn’t this sort of racist bigotry unAustralian?

  4. I have just received my order for anti-mosquito and anti-vermin products from Lifestyle Logic Pty Ltd who market under the name of Pestrol.

The box was marked Pestrol but inside there was the unit in another box covered in Hebrew with the trade name Oritrap and their website: http://www.oritrap.co.il.

Naturally, I am returning the unit advising them of my support for the BDS campaign.

    How’s this for deceptive advertising?

Having never heard of Max Brenner until the recent demo in Melbourne I decided to go and try a coffee there. It was delicious and I am cheered to know that my small contribution goes to supporting the IDF. There is no such thing as a Palestinian and idealists would be better advised to protest to the Jordanian embassy and demand that it opens it’s borders to it’s own people. Shalom and God bless you all.
