The City of Greater Dandenong voted and passed the Motion for Council to call for a permanent ceasefire and an end to the occupation of Palestine with hundreds of supporters in attendance.
This was coordinated by local residents, the aid group Australian International Aid @australian_international_aid and Palestine groups.
