On 5th July 2013 a forum was held at Trades Hall in Melbourne discussing opposition to the war and the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder experienced by veterans. The evening started with a screening of the film ‘On the Bridge’.
Jacob Grech from Trades Hall gave a thoughtful introduction.
The keynote speaker was Vince Emanuele from Iraq Veterans Against the War and Veterans for Peace. He gave a very moving speech discussing war in its social and political context. It’s very long, but very interesting.
