Hormuz

Hamas, Hezbollah, Hormuz … Humanity

A friend sent me this video: “China Quietly Built a 10,400km Railway to Iran — The US is Terrified”

Hmm … I don’t like the click bait title. For one China did not build 10,400 km railway … the project was forced to use existing lines that have different gauges causing delays and technical difficulties.  It would take 100 trains to transport one oil tanker full of fossil fuel. The sender added that the video “didn’t argue that it was a serious replacement for Hormuz – they said it was one option to diversify transportation routes and options, to reduce US Hegemony and increase their own – part of long term strategies.” He threw in: “I also note that the US-Israel terrorists have been bombing this rail line.

China – Iran rail line

The video claims that the China-Iran (sic) railway line, is a strategic freight corridor, that it can rewrite the world order. Oh, yeah.

The video claims that the railway is primarily funded and supported by China as part of its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Belt and Road was launched by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) general secretary Xi Jinping in 2013 while visiting Kazakhstan. This initiative aims to strengthen infrastructure and trade routes between China, Iran, and other Eurasian nations.

BTW the video makers are funded by Mass Murdoch … unreliable warmongers.

  1. The internet is a meshed, self-healing network (redundant) , not a one-lane shipping channel.

If optic fire cables are cut in the S t r a i t of H o r m u z, routing protocols automatically steer data traffic onto other paths.

Not so with the Nordstrom pipeline between Russia and.
Germany through the Baltic sea. When the United States blew up Nordstrom that spelt the end of Russian gas supply to Europe.
