Here is the wattle,
The emblem of our land.
You can stick it in a bottle
Or hold it in your hand.
As one of the lost legion of letter-writers, I’m always on the look-out for stamps not blighted by royal parasites or trained killers.
Imagine my delight to spot these ‘Wattle Wonders.’. I bought forty of each and should get more.

I included a specimen in the Exhibition I curated for the Brisbane City Hall Gallery in 1997: Typically? Australian – the? is central. A purple wattle is one response to Hanson.
The red was not identified until found by Victorian bushwalkers in 1995. It should become the floral emblem for our revolution.
