ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT.
The Report from the Senate Committee on Anti-People Smuggling and Other Measures Bill 2010 [Provisions] http://www.aph.gov.au/senate/committee/legcon_ctte/antipeoplesmuggling/report/index.htm was tabled late yesterday .
They recommended passing the Bill.
Only Senator Sarah Hanson Young provided a dissenting report with clear cohesive reasons as to why this legislation is incompatible with our obligations to international human rights treaties.See below

Already we believe victims are being lined up for charges- people who gained no profit from assisting refugees to escape.
