- Foco Nuevo — the performance project of Jumping Fences, adapting the Latin American peña into their own informal folk concert held on the First Friday of every month. Kurilpa Hall at 174 Boundary Street West End.

- Justice for Palestine meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, usually at the TLC Building in 16 Peel St., South Brisbane. All supporters of Palestine are welcome to attend the meetings.
