Writing to the Cuban Five

Following on from the successful visit of Aili Labañino, the daughter of Ramón Labañino, one of the Cuban 5, we invite you to attend an evening of letter writing to show our solidarity with the Cuban Five.
We intend to hold this in conjunction with our monthly meeting (which will be brief) on

Tuesday the 14th October 2014 6.30pm
Level 2 16 Peel St South Brisbane.
Queensland Council of Unions Building.

The idea is for everyone to write a letter of solidarity and support to each of the Five.
We suggest you could bring some nice and different writing material and envelopes to personalise the correspondence.
We will ensure we have the current addresses.
Tea and coffee will be supplied and as is usual practice if you can bring some food that would be most welcome.
